„Kindness is doing quietly what others say out loud.“

Friedl Beutelrock (1889 – 1958)

Explanation of principle 2:

A willingness to help is inherent in each of us. Young children understand on their own that helping someone has a positive effect on themselves. There is no other way to explain why children (as young as 14 months) spontaneously and without prompting want to help other people when they need help in some way. This is observed by tests conducted by various developmental psychologists.

Only the reward system (if you do this you get that) destroys this humane basic attitude again. So it is necessary to detach from this reward system again and to learn again to help other people as often as possible, completely selflessly.

Doing good creates a loop in which good comes back to you. This circumstance produces satisfaction with oneself and ultimately happiness in each individual and thus happiness and satisfaction in society. In short, doing good simply makes you happy and satisfied. And happiness is simply contagious!
